How could your time be better spent?
Identify at least 2 or 3 tasks that currently take up your valuable time in the day to day running of your business. It could be marketing tasks, bookkeeping, making appointments, material preparation, keeping in touch with your clients, researching, etc....
Now make a note of how much of your valuable time is used up by you undertaking these tasks on a weekly basis....
Next, if you were spending this time doing fee earning work, what value would you place on your time? Calculate this on a monthly basis.
If your time identified was not taken up on these tasks but actually growing your business, what would you be doing instead?
Would this mean more time with clients doing more fee earning work, having more networking time, more time to DO WHAT YOU DO BEST!
